About

After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, Christine Hung began a 18 year long career working on GUI and middleware systems at BroadView Networks, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Morgan Stanley.  Between projects, she honed her teaching skills instructing Java, Web, Android, and iOS courses at Telcordia, Lucent, AT&T, Unisys, and Rutgers where her expertise was praised by Technology Training Magazine.  Her enterprising disposition then led her to diverse projects such as piloting an award-winning, high-performance computing grid integration at Columbia University's Irving Cancer Research Center.

At present, Ms. Hung has delved back into translating scientific research into effective software products - an interest she has nurtured since her intern days at the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory.  In her spare time, she explores the intersection between Computational Complexity, Learning Theory, and Combinatorics.  She has black belts in two martial arts, Aikido and Iaido, and enjoys teaching these disciplines.
